Online Appointment Scheduling Guidelines

Our Pet Portal integrates seamlessly with our schedule to streamline appointment requests. Here’s what you need to know:

Appointments You Can Schedule Online:

• Wellness Exams
• Vaccine Appointments
• Behavioral Consults
• Technician Appointments:
Nail trims, anal gland expressions, and suture removals.

Appointments That Require a Phone Call:

• Surgeries: Spay, neuter, mass removal, and other procedures.
• Emergency Visits: For urgent issues such as being hit by a car, seizures, or other life-threatening situations.
• Sick Visits: Including symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, bleeding, or wounds.
• Complex Medical Cases: Conditions such as diabetes, thyroid imbalances, or Cushing’s disease, or cases involving multiple concerns.


Online appointment requests will be reviewed by our team and confirmed via email or text. Your appointment is NOT confirmed unless you receive a confirmation message. If adjustments are needed, we’ll contact you promptly.
